Flight1 no longer supports key files for reinstall. If you have a .key file, it will still work. However, we are only supporting the Account reinstall method when using the Flight1 wrapper. When reinstalling using the Flight1 Wrapper, when you select the "Click Here to Reinstall" button, select the Account option when presented.
If you are using the Flight1 Agent, key files do not apply.
If you are using a very old (unsupported) version of a product where the account option is not available, you can contact us and we may be able to offer limited assistance, however that old version of the wrapper is not supported and we cannot promise the product contained in that wrapper version can be installed.
