When you try to activate a Flight1 product you may get one of these error messages...
"The serial number submitted is invalid"
"You have entered an incorrect serial number"
"Unspecified Error"
First, make sure you are using the correct activation tool. The tool provided with one product may not work with another. You can download either of these tools and try to activate using both. When you download these, you can unzip them to anywhere on your computer and run them.

If you still get an error with both of these tools, check the serial number and make sure every number is correct. Do not confuse a number 1 with the letter I or L, or the number 0 with the letter O.
For "Unspecified Error" you may need to check several settings in your computer. If you are certain you are entering data correctly, then it could be a firewall or security product blocking access through your network to our site, or a security product preventing the writing of the license to your computer. You must then make sure your firewall or security product does not block the application. Also, right click the activation tool and select "Run as Administrator".
On some products you may need to reset your serial number also if you get a message that you have exceeded the number of allowed activations. For this, use the link below to reset your activation count:
